Description
This course has been designed to prepare delegates for the NCCQ exam. Join our trainers for a deep dive into the skeleton, muscles, tendons and ligaments. We'll cover a host of standards, diagnosis and procedures relating to them.
Prerequisites
To join this workshop, you must be in a clinical coding role at the time of the workshop.
Course content
During the workshop we'll explore:
- The skeleton
- Muscles
- Tendons, ligaments and other structures
- Simple ICD and OPCS standards
- Complex OPCS standards
- Fractures, dislocations and injuries
- Spinal procedures
We'll also explore complex case studies and there there will be an opportunity to test your knowledge with an assessment on day three.
