James is an NHS England approved experienced Clinical Coding Trainer and consultant with over 10 years experience leading clinical coding teams.
He has extensive coding experience in the NHS and private sector, including time as a Data Quality and Performance Manager and Lead Trainer for a large London Trust. James has delivered specialist clinical coding training, coding audits, PbR assurance programmes and commissioning support audits and services.

Richard is an NHS England approved experienced Clinical Coding Trainer and auditor.
He has many years experience delivering both national clinical coding training courses as well as bespoke and specialist training.
He has over 15 years experience in clinical coding across a wide range of specialties in both the NHS and independent sector. He has also been an approved clinical coding auditor for 10 years and works across our coding clients in both a coding and auditing role around his training delivery, and also contributes to our academy platform and projects across the wider business.
